Pertly is currently in pre-launch. The Site is a waitlist signup page where you can:

• Register your email address to be notified when Pertly launches
• Complete an optional survey to share your feature preferences

The Site does not currently provide access to the Pertly app or any paid services.

By joining the waitlist, you:

• Confirm that the email address you provide is yours and is accurate
• Consent to receiving emails from us about Pertly's launch and product updates
• Understand you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at privacy@pertly.app

Joining the waitlist is free. It does not create any obligation to purchase, subscribe, or use Pertly when it launches.

All content on the Site — including text, design, logos, mockup screens, and graphics — is owned by Pertly and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our written permission.

The Site displays mockup screens and feature descriptions that represent our planned product. These are subject to change. We do not guarantee that the final product will include all features shown, or that features will work exactly as depicted.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site
• We do not guarantee the Site will be available at all times or free from errors
• We are not responsible for any third-party services linked from the Site

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
