Cancel a subscription
Sign in, open Billing & Plus, then choose Manage subscription. Stripe lets you stop renewal; your paid access normally remains available until the end of the paid period.

When you buy online, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days. If you asked Pertly to start paid access immediately, you may need to pay for the service supplied before cancellation. You lose that cancellation right once the service has been fully provided. Your purchase email states the applicable dates and does not affect any other statutory rights.
Send a cancellation request
You do not have to use special wording. Email us from the address on your Pertly account and say which purchase you want to cancel.
